For today, I was going to write a proper post but I thought it’d be even more fun if instead of me talking, I asked what you think.
Answer any of the prompts below. I’d love to read your opinions and thoughts and get to know you better!
Your favorite author? (and why?)
Physical books or ebooks? or! audiobooks?
-if physical books, do you prefer hardbacks or paperbacks?
Best book to movie (or tv show) adaptation?
Don’t forget to restack and share this post to hear what your friends have to say!
See you in the comments!
Your favorite author? (and why?)
ATM, Jessica Glasner! Her stories inspired me through a lot of hard times, so I am totally and unapolagetically biased :D
Physical books or ebooks? or! audiobooks?
Physical books! Though I've enhoyed all three :D
-if physical books, do you prefer hardbacks or paperbacks?
ooof, I think it depends on the book, you know? Like, hardcover for Fawkes by Nadine Brandes but paperback for LM Montgomery works. :)
Best book to movie (or tv show) adaptation?
In my experiance and opinion: Jackson's Lord of the Rings, Sullivan's Anne of Green Gables, Gerwig's Little Woman, and BBC's Pride and Prejudice series!
Thanks for this, Nicole, this was a fun break :D
-D.E. Stevenson. Why? Her books are just so cute & sweet. Plus, they are all set in England (I love English ANYTHING🤭), either before, during, or after WWII, which is one of my favorite periods in History. 😊
-Physical books all the way! I like hardcovers better, but softcovers are more affordable, so I definitely own more softcovers.
-Hmmm, I think the 1980s Anne of Green Gables (and the sequel!), the 1995 Pride and Prejudice (ahhh I just love it so much🥹), and the first Narnia movie (The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe).
